A boating collision in Georgia has left one dead and six injured. The tragic boating accident occurred in the waters of Lake Tobesofkee early Saturday morning. The accident happened when a cigarette boat with two occupants collided with a pontoon boat with seven occupants.
Of the seven people aboard the pontoon boat, one died from a severe head injury; a lady is currently admitted to the ICU in a critical state. And the other five are now recuperating at home. The two occupants of the cigarette boat weren’t injured. They fled the scene after the accident and were apprehended in a nearby house.
